Media Invitations to invite the media to write about your production, about you as a playwright/producer, to interview you or your team members, and very importantly to send a reviewer to review your show!
 
Timing is everything, so we recommend kicking off this process 2-3 months before your premiere.
 
To support your media outreach, we handle the creation and coordination of visual and written assets—photography, video, bios, headshots, and more. We’ll assemble everything into a polished digital press packet that showcases your production at its best. While professional photography isn’t mandatory, it can elevate your materials significantly. If it’s within your budget, we can connect you with photo/videographers who will provide you with an affordable quote.
 
Our work with the media representation continues throughout your production. We keep a close eye on media interest, follow-up regularly with all our contacts, and reach out to additional outlets to maximize your chances of getting coverage. While we can’t guarantee every outlet will bite, starting early significantly boosts your chances that the most coverage can be provided.
